Book of European Dealers?

I am having a "senior moment" so can someone please remind me: Do you get a book of European dealers' addresses when you get the 12GS?

I can't remember clearly whether I got onesuch when I picked it up last November, and certainly I can't find it amongst the paperwork.

If one does come with the bike, what does it look like?

You certainly do.

It's A5 size, quite thin, and has a piccie of a BMW car in a show room on it's cover.
