Boombox GTS updating.

First off checked the current infotainment software (M23.22.27.00) and it is up to date.
Next updating the POI software for HDI models. Downloaded it to a USB stick as shown in the photo but, albeit it seemed to go through the update motions, it was not successful.

I read somewhere you should not have any folders, see 'NavUpdateFiles' folder. This folder was inside the main downloaded ISO file folder. I just cut and pasted this lot.

Should I also open the NAV folder, but which also has folders though.

Am I going wrong somewhere?

Sorry, can’t help. I struggle with infotainment, let alone Harleys with infotainment.
