43 mate, but depends what boot as they do seem to differ.
im a size uk10 or 44 but in most alpinestar boots i fit into a 43

THERE SEEMS TO BE MUCH CONFUSION
I AM SIZE NINE WHICH TRANSLATES INTO A EU SIZE 43
BUT I HAVE JUST BEEN TOLD THAT A 44.5 SIZE TECH 6 BOOT FITS A UK SIZE 9

The tag inside my Tech 3 boots is sized in:
I usually take a UK size 11 - and my boots fit fine.

Alpinestars are US sized, just add 1 to your usual UK shoe size and you'll be fine.

Don't get a pair that are too big, it will be uncomfortable; get a pair that feel slightly tight and they will give...and then fit perfectly...When I first got my SMX boots i thought they were too tight, now they
are perfect...

If they're motoX boots then they won't give. I'm typically a 9.5 or 43 but found a UK 10 fit me best in tech 6's.
Also worth considering if you are after motocross boots is which type of sock you'll wear.
I use seal skins to keep the water out which are quite thick.
Ideally try before you buy.

Reckon that's the long and the short of it. I'm a 10 in everything I ever wear but on ALL the Astars Ive ever owned ( Tech6, Tech8 and Vectors) Im an 11

Just got back from buying a pair of size 12 shoes from M&S - but my Alpinestars are 11s!!
Go figure.
The bottom line of all this is that you've got to get your feet into the boots that you're considering buying.
