Never mind tellin me, you'd better tell Con1, he's leading it ! I've seen some of the route and it looks amazing.

Because of ongoing "technical difficulties" the BMW Club's Boreen Run is being booked and run through the new site: www.IrishBoreen.com

August Bank holiday weekend...........I do know that a lot of the 50 places are gone already, so if you think you might want to go
then book now.

Are you organising the this years and is it the same set up as last year ?

And is Gary Finlay organising one of his own ?

Hi Mandy,

I wouldnt dream of calling you stupid, ive heard of your reputation Each year a member of the club is asked to organize and recky routes for the Boreen. This year myself and Pat Bradley agreed to do it and have set out what should be a great weekend in Donegal and Northern Ireland. Gary has previously organized 2 Boreens with the others being done by other members of the club.

There were issues with this years booking process and the committee decided to set up its own website so that it would have control for all bookings club related and the Boreen is just the first run to go through this process. This years Thatch, Mini Thatch, Hotel Weekend and Boreen shall all be booked though the site.

Nobody ever came back and cleared up the question about who could attend from the last thread

I assume then that the Boreen run is only open to BMW club members so unless you join the BMW club you can't attend

That is usually the case Gary, but not last year for some reason which was why so many from here went on the run.

I don't know what the story is this year though.

aidan as stated on the last thread it is an insurance issue at the moment i am trying to clarify this issue .
