Boring thread about pannier locks - maybe a bike sale ?

Bought this back off a good friend - still unsure whether to do her up or sell. I was intending to get the front wheel re-spoked and a s/s disc fitted ( if anyone has a splendid front disc to sell ). I was going to remove the panniers and racks but they are in great shape but one pannier has no locks. Looking on Motorworks site has me confused, so , has anyone ordered barrels for their panniers and would you have the part number?

Yes the very last wafer retains it

that looks like the earlier lock mechanism on the boxer panniers which had a key more similar to a briefcase type of key.
