BOS exhausts

I have a 2005 GS1200, someone has a BOS full system for a 2004 bike im interested in, I know there is a difference between the 2005 and the 2006 models because of the center stand but does anyone know if theres a difference between the 2004 and 2005 bikes.

p.s Ive tried BOS and fowlups but they tell me they all have the same part number and I should specify the year when ordering.

Basically, if you have a GS with the curved central support to the centre stand you need the original BOS exhaust.

If you have a GS with a straight central support to the main stand you need the new style BOS exhaust.

By the way you wont be disappointed - got a BOS end can on my GS. Noticable difference to engine response, particularly mid range. Sounds great too
