Hi guys.
I realise I'm not in a very experienced position to give advice but I'll do my best. I pick up my new GSA in Sept (I've been saved from sportsbike land).
I'm only 5'8" with a 30" inside leg. The dealers bike I rode had the BMW low seat on it and I guess I just about got away with it. I had a good look about and decided to get a TT kahedo seat as it boasts 20mm lower than the BMW low seat but even with that I'm still not going to be flat footed which ideally is what I'd like.
All my sports bike gear was sold on Ebay a few weeks ago and I set about getting myself some propper kit. Hein Gericke supplied the Cruise GTX two piece so I went on a hunt for decent boots.
I discovered that Daytona make a range called 'M Star GTX' (Ladystar for the ladies) which have a kind of hidden riser within the boot sole which allegedly gives you an "Invisible Inch"
A pair were duly ordered which arrived today and as if by magic..... I'm over an inch taller! they are amazing. They look like any other Daytona boots but your foot sits much taller without appearing so from the outside....An Invisible Inch!
They are slipper comfy from minute one and the quality is second to none.
They are not the cheapest boots and generally retail at about £235. I shopped about and found some at £199 including shipping from http://slickbiker.com.

If it's an extra inch your after (so long as it's not in your pants) these are plain brilliant

If it's a diffferent inch your after......let me know when you find out where to get it and I'll buy you a pair of boots!

had mine a couple of seasons, waterproof and day comfortable, they are great if like me you have larger calf muscles, only downside is your gear lever needs to be higher and although they do them in my size, i think that they stop at size 8 or 9:thumb2
