Has any one dealt with the company Boxer-Design in Germany ?
I have placed an ordered with them, but have not received anything yet.
They told me twice that my order had been sent, then they told me DHL had a problem & had returned them. They then said that they had been sent again.
Although they use DHL they can not give me a tracking number. I have even spoken to DHL in Germany & they can not trace the shippment.
There can be no miss understanding from them as my wife is German & I had her call & e.mail them as well.
Very dissapointing service.

I've bought stuff from them loads of times, and everything has always gone really smoothly.

Like everything in life, things somethimes go wrong. I think you've just been unfortunate this time.

I've only ordered from them once, some side panels, and they turned up in about 4 days No complaints at all

Well, finally my order arrived. The wheels were poorly painted in gloss black & had two scratches down to the bare metal on the edge of the rims, & one 7cm long patch where they had been patched up with a satin finish. The mirrors were not the same ones as I ordered from their web site. The new front fender is an incredibly rough moulding & will need filling & sanding before painting.
I complained to Boxer design & all they said was send it all back & we will refund your money.
I have waisted 3 weeks & will end up out of pocket after I send it back.
Personally, i will not order from them again.
