As is the want of having three teenage children in the house, I have to bow to the arguments that I cannot win, and while I have am thankfully not in the position of having to sell the bike yet (that may come) I am unfortunately not in the position of being able to join you this Saturday coming. I have to take my children and pick up a puppy dug. A black labrador - which at this point in time has no name. I can already think of a few, "Money Pit" seems to be the one that springs most to mind as I have had to ready the house for its arrival.
So, while I want to be there, I pressurised into doing something else. I shall of course be thinking of you, very much!!!

BBC weather for Saturday is looking OK at the moment. Cold but not snow.
I have fitted "Mufffs" to the Tenere they look fecking shocking but will keep my little donalds warm and toasty

As long as weather is not crazy then I still aim on making it along. Was originally thinking of heading up via Stirling and Crieff but would prefer meeting up with anyone else meeting up at McDonalds. Got a few things to do out early tomorrow morning, but will be back home around 9:00 to check on latest posts to see if everything is still a goer
Our street has just thawed out from the crazy frost last Tuesday morning

I think we should all check on here first thing to report on roads and weather. There's a few called off already and it woudl be daft for 2 or 3 to take a chance on dodgy roads just to make it.
There'll be plenty of other weekends if it's icy
