OK, I've been bullied by a 4' Wombat into running a trail ride from Mold for road legal pogo trail bikes.
Starting at 0900hrs, the loop will be about 120 miles if snow permits.
Fuel is available at numerous points on the ride.
Breakfast may not be available, so best pack a butty or two.
The route will be gravel, rock, mud and water, possibly solid water!
As usual, noboby gets left behind, but it is expected that riders have at least a medium level of ability..... ish!
No bike will display race numbers, this ain't an enduro or race.
I have a couple of names already and the list will close at 8 riders, so if you fancy a turkey burner, come along.

Just great, i'm going to my parents boxing day:mad::tears

Just great #2, I'm still at my sisters in Nuneaton on Boxing day.

Would have been out today, but am currently suffering a nasty bout of man-flu. :(
Feckin typical. Kids are away, dog is at the ex-wifes, Denise is working, I'm not, and I have as much energy as a newborn.
Arse.

Boxing Day

Hi All,

I'm going to make excuses as well for this run out - I'm visiting family on Xmas day and I am having a proper fat boys xmas lunch on Boxing Day at home with Lisa instead!

( Mark et all - I am out with Jim, Pete and Gareth on Monday in the same area - All welcome to join us and our hangovers - drop me a pm if you are free...)

Best Wishes to you all out there and hope you all have a great Christmas.

Cheers, Rick.

Recent snow fall and ice has caused the cancellation of this ride.
The ride is now off for safety reasons, road not trail.......;)
See you soon.

Monday Alternative Ride

Timpo,

Thread Hijack!!

Sorry your ride is off, if you or any others can get out for a ride on Monday - you are all welcome. The roads are thawing well here in Lancashire and I think all should be ok in North Wales for Monday.

Similar route around the Mold/Ruthin area, starting at the 3-Pidgeons, Graigfechan about 7.00pm on the Sunday night! (Set off 9ish Monday Morning!).

So far I have:

Pete (Rondini)
Jim (Ashbabble)
Gareth (GEH007)
Mark (Earthmover)
Tim(Timolgra)

Best Wishes, Rick.

Rick I am hoping to join you also with Mark on Monday Look forward to catching up with you all

Monday's Ride Cancelled

Hi All,

Sorry to anounce this but the Ice on the back roads just won't go away! It has rained on the ice and instead of melting has just made it worse so going to have to cancel the ride. Don't want a load of broken bones! :(

Hope to catch up with you all soon.

Have a great new year,

Cheers, Rick
