Wee boy came out onto forecourt to tell mate to get off bike, before fuelling up.
Mate a bit upset as his bike had a pathetic range and wanted every drop he could get into the tank. But he complied without being impolite.
I thought then that maybe they'd been a victim of fuel thefts.

So not a recent new or change of management thing, that has been mentioned earlier.
