Can anyone offer me advice on how to remove a front brake calliper pad pin that has seized. Winter riding has led it to rust and seize. I've put plenty WD40 on it but I'm worried if I force it any more I will strip it and be really stuck.
Not sure what you mean when you say strip it? It's not threaded, suggest as previous post.. gentle tapping to and fro until the WD40 works in, then withdaw.
WD40 isn't very good at penetrating. You'd be better off with a 50:50 mix of automatic transmission fluid and acetone - it sounds strange, but wherever I've used it it has worked really well.

It's threaded at the calliper, you need a torx driver to remove it. If it wasn't for that I would be in with the angle grinder and a hammer as I have new pins
Try using supercrack a freeze penitrating spray, sold by euro car parts ,
Then use a heat gun and heat it up, repeating several times,
Put a torx bit in and repeated tapping and turning the bit should release it,
The freeze heat process can release heavily corroded parts,
Good luck, Roamer
