Brake change on Servo/ABS bike???

Thinking about doing it myself but read a lot of horror story's, Is the knack just to push the pistons back VERY slowly and then not pump the brakes when completed or is it LOADS more complex Done the tappets and all the oils no probs but this scares me, or am i just being a sissy?

No, just suffering from UKGS inspired phobias.

Yes, pad change front and rear. Being such a noob i forgot to say

I haven't changed the pads, but I have pushed the pistons back when cleaning the calipers. I did this gently. Put the pads back in & just squeezed the lever, worked alright for me.

Push the pads and pistons back change the pads

Couple of squeeze on pedal or lever as simple as that.
