Brake discs 1150gs

Hi all, just checking my bike over prior to ordering bits for yearly big service.

Measuring the brake discs (as the rear looks pretty tired) I've got the following numbers:

front L= 5.09mm (off side) front R = 4.86mm

rear measures in about 4.96mm

fairly even wear all over but the rear looks more heavily worn than the fronts.

Do they all need replacing or are they OK?

Service limit is 4.5 mm. They should be OK.

BTW. There is a mark on your disc which will indicate the minimum thickness and can be either 4.5mm or 4.0mm as found on my front wheels (I have a spare set).
