160 miles in to my 327 mile trip today I had a pit stop. On taking off I noticed that the Brake Failure warning lamp was flashing. Sure enough, my servo brakes were NOT servo braking. With a pretty feeble brake performance, I pulled in and the flashing lamp surprisingly disappeared without me switching off or anything. Then everything was fine.
First time I've seen this particular nasty in 4 years with this 2006 model.
Is it common?
Will my dealer be able to wave a magic wand over it and give me some assurance it will not occur again?
