Took the bike out last weeek not laid up to much over the winter, noticed front brake drag checked caliper pistons seem to be all working couldnt put caliper back on rotor as the pistons had crept out and they would not return.released the bleed nipple and there was pressure ,Ive put it all back together bled it and its dragging but getting better with time ,Any ideas .:beerjug:

Thanks Smug ,Ive heard of them bulging ,Is there any line worth checking first, as been found problematic .

If they are the original rubber hoses, I would change them all at that age. Venhill hoses would be my choice.

Thanks chaps been on the Venhill site £94 for the four lines ,Im gonna strip the lines off and see if I can find the offending item for ruling out purposes but Im gonna change them alll anyway Cheers :beerjug:

A word of Caution tho.....Make sure you speak with them first and ideally send them a Photo of your current Set-up at the front.
There are a couple of different Configurations in terms of Banjo Fittings and Hose Lengths.
I bought a Complete Set from one of their Distributors which turned out to be wrong.
Venhill very kindly sorted it out for me but it did mean that the Bike was off the Road for a week whilst they made up and sent out the correct ones.
