Brake rub

My front brakes appear to be rubbing but I can’t work out if it’s normal or if I need to have my callipers apart and service them. Can I get the wisdom of the collective on this video please:

Nothing to worry about there.
If they were truly binding the wheel would stop after only half a rotation or so.

You definitely need discs, pads and a brake fluid change.
