Having a tidy up, I’ve two piles of abs:servo modulators I’m dumping. Anyone want one 😄 this is one pile CDA43C4B-E6CE-4164-AC49-8EC265AF4E50.jpeg

I might be interested in one, just out of curiosity to delve into the internals. I take it they all have the ECU missing.

It would need to carry part No 34517728059 so I can be sure it’s suitable for the R1150GS, if I ever need to use it.

I need the electronics module if any still have that attached, it looks like the one at the top of the picture does. (Mine is a 2004 1200GS, after I got the servo working, the electronics decided to melt itself.)

I'd be more than happy to pay P&P and for your time on the whole unit to get hold of a complete electronics unit, mine is burnt beyond repair.

The only ECU’s i have are from 1150’s.

I’d be happy to come and collect, You might have some other interesting scrap to experiment with. :D

Might one might make the speedo work on the 1200? I suppose the starting point would be if the connector is the same. Not trying to get the servo working anymore.
As far as I can tell, some of the earlier bikes had the option for no iABS (Generation 1) where the wheel speed sensor was wired directly into the ZFE control module. I’m not sure whether they used one of ABS sensors for this or they provided a dedicated Speed sensor. Others more knowledgeable may know. I’m also not sure whether it was front or rear wheel driven either.

Have a look at your ZFE control module, and pins 13 and 51 should be empty. As these are the pins for the speed sensor if or when fitted. Sorry about the quality of the picture. The Hanes manual for your bike might be clearer.

I will look into that, but it probably won't be this year. It would still be handy to have any ABS/servo electronic module in case there is some processing of the ABS wheel speed sensor built in. I need to find a full set of wiring diagrams.
