does not do it now but for 2 rides this week suddenly the distance the lever had to travel to engage the brakes doubled.

at one point in slow london traffic the lever went nearly as far as the grip and when released did a very slow return.

one of those problems when you take it to the dealer does not happen...... but the brakes always work so far .... and will they always i wonder?

any comments?

Has something obstructed the brake lever? The comment about the slow return makes me wonder if something was causing the lever to stick, which might have prevented the servos initialising properly ...

Of course, if it's working now, you'll never know :(

check that the hand protectors have not rotated a bit and are fouling the brake lever. there was a bike in our dealers which had clutch failure because of this.

the lever was clear.... for heavens sake you know when the biting point of the brakes is further on the lever..... has anyone else felt it happen?
