Breakfast meets by their nature require an early start.

I currently post up the Saturday meets that for a long time had a regular venue in Nottingham. Changes at the venue (now closed) resulted in us moving to a rotation of cafés that are in a centralised area to attract as many riders as possible (without too many disagreements or distance issues).

Suggestions for new venues are always welcomed and I try to road test the breakfasts in advance. Derek does the same for the Wednesday meets.

Where distance may be a limiting factor additional dates can be posted up by anyone in this group and I am confident they will be supported.

I always like a ride out to Slaidburn tea room.

Its a nice ride to and from with good roads and they have a decent car park.
always a few bikers there and i find them always friendly for a chat.

Its about 90 mins from my house, which is great for a Saturday morning start

Thanks for the suggestion. Probably a bit far for breakfast for those of us in the East Midlands.

You could post this up in the North West section for a little more success.
