Will I need panniers or will top box and dry sack do?

Mmmm, bit of a problem, I've only got touring panniers, not even remotely metal.
Hopefully one of the Harley brigade will turn up with tasseled and conho'ed matching leather saddle bags and chaps to divert everyone's attention.

Parking in Bingham is all free for 2 hrs, parking on the Market Place may be a bit subjective,
I've spoken to the Council who think it's ok, but he thought the Civil Enforcement Officer might not agree.
But he's given me his name and phone number.
