I'm trying to cut back on greasy fat so it's a maybe. My metabolism is slowing down, my drinking aint and I'm starting to get a belly. :eek:

Now you're turning into a real tosser:D you can pop along though, you don't have to eat all that lovely bacon, eggs, sausage, black pudding, mushrooms, beans in a beautiful, fresh, soft stottie:drool

How come you lot always manage to have Brekkers in the S+P when I've got to work ???.....It's no wonder I'm losing weight !!! :augie

decided to have a run up hartside canny ride up
raining at the cafe with sleet as i left

cold but decent run out
 
We went to the cafe near Stanhope. I tried to get up the hill opposite the fake train carriage and ended up not making it this time. :(
 
Down here in the Midlands we catch and kill our Stotties humanly, what methods used up there in Nearly Jockdom?

I buy mine in plastic bags, from a supermarket....






..... I can't bear the thought of them being killed.
