The application chart can give you Brembo part numbers, but the site is Italian and web only so Caveat emptor, not used them personally so can't vouch for their service.

EDIT: Never seen a brembo stockist in UK so I guess it's main stealer for genuine pads, or those Italian chaps and their website. It could be worth ringing Mike at Motomecca and seeing if any MotoGuzzi pads fit the BMW range based on the application chart data from the Italian website?
