Hi - 'tis this weekend coming - anyone planning to go?
We are going Saturday - in the car in case I see any large "must-haves"!!

If you've never been, there are loads of stalls from all over the country selling everything you can imagine - you don't need to be interested in classic bikes!!

Mike

I'll be there on the Saturday as well.
One of the better bike shows of the year !:thumb2

Not been before but looking to nip down on Sunday for a gander. Any chance some of you going down on Saturday can let us have your feedback on the good bits and the not so good bits.

Cheers

What I like about it is the total diversity of the show, from stalls selling almost anything you want, specialist, historical, manufacturer specific etc, to exhibits stands with countless makes of bikes / clubs etc.
It certiamly seemed busier today than on previous years but still enjoyed it totally and the weather was good as well !!

Go for it you won't be disappointed !

Seconded - a great day out - and you are almost guaranteed to find something to buy that you didn't know you needed!!

As DB says, there is so much diversity there - from complete modern bikes for sale, to a lady selling bars of soap - maybe were ARE a smelly lot!!

Mike

Thanks guys. Decided to give it a go. Weather continues to look promising so should be another good day.

Cheers :thumb2

Went to the show on saturday, enjoyed it lots of interesting bikes and stalls, saw a kalaharie yellow 1150 in the car park with a gser sticker, who was it?

Had a great day down there today. Bought a few bits and bobs. Could of bought a load more than I really needed. Managed to get a couple of stainless steel exhaust clamps for £8. BMW wanted £11 EACH!
What a great show. I was very surprised on how big it was. Went in one hall which lead to another which then lead to another and another et al. Loads of cracking bikes, tools/spares and even better enthusiast's.
Will definitely be back next year.
Anyone know what the show in Staffs is like? Same but bigger?
