Alleged sale at Brittany Ferries. No idea if this is a real saving or marketing fluff. It's for the "early bird" ticket where you pay up front with no refund, although you can change the date for a fee.

https://www.brittany-ferries.co.uk/offers/black-friday expires 8 Dec 2025

I have used Early Bird for May 2025 & Sept 2026. Booking in July for the following year. Return crossing from/to Plymouth with cabin, around £470 each year.

I received the email so had a look for a crossing for our Campervan in January…no Early Bird tickets available.
I guess it has to be a certain time ahead of the chosen crossing date?

clearly states, "Stop planning, start saving. Book your 2026 ferry to France or Spain 60 days or more ahead and you'll save up to 20%* with our Early Bird fare."

Can you go in late Jan?

Their site is really shit imo. It gives the dates in the calendar and then says no sailings

Well obviously I didn’t read anymore than the ‘hoped for’ discount…who does, apart from you of course.

We can go late January but don’t want to. I checked for a return crossing in February that would suit but the saving is minimal if it’s actually a saving at all.

Living here in the South East corner we’ll probably opt for Dover to Calais or use Eurotunnel.
Checking things out when there’s nothing else going on is always worth it though, you never know if there is a bargain to be had that’s takes your fancy.
