Broken 2nd hand Garmin V replaced free for new one!

Incredible.

Bought my garmin V 3 years ago, stopped working when it rains (dicey water looking stain behind the display glass), sent it back to them without an RMA number, 1 week later they deliver a BRANKS SPANKING NEW one by courier.

This is a company that knows what customer service is all about - and takes pride in their products.

I can't comment on the service - never needed any - but the 3+ and 276C GPS units which I own are the best engineered bits of kit I know of on the planet. Hard act to follow.

The same for me. replace the Garmin II+ for a brand new unit although was bough S/H. The same with the Quest. Bough S/H the unlock code was already used, so they supply me with a new code \FREE

Best Co. I had to deal so far. Mercedes Benz could learn something from them!!
 
I've twice had service above and beyong the call of duty from Garmin. I will not consider any other brand for this reason.
My partner is thrilled with the little i3 that I bought her for Xmas - and she only wanted a new Atlas :confused:
