Oh dear, all weekend at the HUMM doo, thrashing around the Spanish Pyrenees on dirt tracks eating dust and flicked up stones, with no problem, then on the way back somewhere on a nice smooth french autoroute my headlight gets a nice hole in the glass.
No problem I thought, until I removed the headlight unit and the plastic front piece, the glass seems to be sealed in the unit..... I've looked at the parts fiche and there doesn't seem to be a separate glass bit. Is this correct?, if so, thats going to be expensive.
Should have got a guard I suppose.

Same thing happend to mine:spitfire £225 for a new one:eek: i just stuck some tape over it and spent the £225 on  they do come up now and again on flea bay they usually make around £110.

Thanks chaps, the "tape over hole solution" has been completed, will get a new unit later, oh and order a guard also!
