I dropped my BMW enduro helmet (volt) and the left hand visor ratchet broke off. I think it might be a replaceable part but after many web searches, I can't see it identified/available/priced anywhere :nenau.

Any one know where to track it down on the web or have any helpful information? Can anyone help with a part number?

Thanks so much Smug.

I thought the site was American but when I select the part and go to checkout -WOW - Chineese???

I cant read a word of it so cant order anything.

I will try one of our BMW dealers to see if it's a recognised part number and I could always email them the exploded drawing - so - thanks again for the reply. :beerjug:

i believe it's the same part for the uvex enduro helmet and that was definitely available as a spare. i know that for sure, as i have one. it comes with the pivots & screws :)

Been searching online for a Uvex UK parts provider. Looks like Uvex has pulled out of the motorcycle market - according to the threads I have read on other forums :(

Both sides of mine died due to age.. (hardly use the helmet... only a trip to Morocco, and an offroad school)

I went to BMW dealer and he ordered them in... (had some bits in stock, but all one side)... not much money at all...

Got a complete kit from Cannon Motorcycles. Only cost £12.91 posted.
BMW part No 72 60 7 699 158

Includes Left and right ratchets and fixing screws

An exploded view of the helmet posted by Smug was a good help. Thanks Smug
