There is a phone repair shop on the tramore road in the small industrial estate where Cork Triumph were located. maybe they can help.

Old Nokia center, down the back of the Metropole, new name now but they are very good, reasonable and repair all brands

I changed the screen on one of my sons phones using a guide like this and parts from ebay. It is a bit fiddly but not too hard, although mine was the second attempt as his mate had tried and pulled the plug off another new screen .

It's a lot easier than working on a GS in my experience with phones.
