a mate has broken the lug off his left vario pannier. a repair may be possible but unlikely to be strong *and* pretty. does anyone have any ideas, or have a left side sitting in the shed for sale at a reasonable price?

I have a spare pair of Varios that are wasting space in my shed. There are a couple of problems however. The first is that I'm not a subscriber so you can't pm me and second is that I'm a long way from you and the carriage on them (I don't want to sell just one) would be steep. If you can't find anything more suitable then post back here and we can try to find a way to communicate.
