Hello all, further to our successful first meet at the William 4th Pub last month there will be another meet on the 15th April. If youre new to the area, biking or just somebody that fancies a social gathering you're more than welcome to come. The same applies to any partners, spouses etc. If you bring the bike there is parking, if not there is a bus that stops right outside!! :thumb

So, who's coming?! :beerjug:

On the green at Elmers End, Beckenham, Croydon Road, A222, near Elmers End Station. Big pub you can't miss it big carpark at the back, see you there.

Don't forget complimentary Pipe and slippers in the snug, Copies of the Independent for you perusal, Hot cocoa, Kareoke, Bingo, Live music, Strippers(male and female), Pub quiz, bar billiards & skittles, Valet parking with free wash and vac, Sky TV, Football, An extensive wine list, Canapes, Curries, Kebabs and a Carvery, a drying room (for your gear if it's wet) Hairdryers and showers, Servicing and MOT facilties, The only downside is I could not book the Hampsters or the Rolling stones for the night But have got meatlofe and Cher..
That should just about appeal to everone......

Don't worry Paul, we'll have a drawer and the looser can have a breakdown in the carpark!! then you can buy us all a drink after all!!.

Well I was going to come along..............

............but when I got home in the box and tried the bike the battery was as flat as the proverbial witches chest:(

No life beyong optimate:mad:

Defintely new battery required.

Next time it will have to be then.

Drove round the car park, no sign of a bike anywhere... just like Eynsford

Walked in the pub, a couple of people I recognised sitting in the pub...just like Eynsford

Luckily the 1150 contingent soon up'd the numbers and it started to resemble a bike meet.

A good evening gentlemen though remind me not to take LargeOne at his word about too many of the things being laid on, and eat before I come out.

The non biking amongst us missed the best bit of the Landlady getting familiar with DaveGS in the car park and offering her back room to bikers :augie

He wasted no time getting fruity with her saying how good she might look in her leather bikers jacket (or out of it!) and how he'll take her for a ride any time she likes.

What a cad, very much a case of the Terry Thomas's about him :augie

Since I got a Mention Here...

... and the Splitters from the Eynsford Motorcylist's Front, or is it The Motorcyclist's Front of Eynsford, were turning up I'll make the effort next time.

I'll have to stay at work late though, :tears, just to burn time and not arrive too early. I'm not premature: Honest.
 
A most pleasant Evening . Thanks to Both Daves, Crackshot, Phil and The Judge Himself:bow:bow The live music was a tad dissapointing, as was the Kebabs & Kurries. t'is good to know that Mrs Landlady has a penchant towards motorcycles Praps I will venture down there and see if she will avail us of her fine fair and Vittles for the next gathering. I hope to see you all (and mayhap more) the next time Pete

What you moaning about, I'll bet it was only flat at the bottom.
