Keep getting a 'Drum' error light, and when I pull the paper tray out, there's a sheet half way through but it won't feel all the way through. Took me 20 minutes last night to print 8 sheets of A4. I very nearly launched the printer oot the windae!

Anyone know if it's repairable, or is a Drum fault a kiss of death?

There are little pads and widgets that help the paper into place in some printers.

I have an HP laserjet printer that I had a similar problem with....I took it apart, found that some of these pads had got smooth and had fluff/dust from paper on them.....I cleaned them all up and put it back together and rarely get the problem now.

I have no idea about your particular printer, but the feed mechanism is obviously just a mechanical system so with a bit of care and common sense, you may well be able to work out the problem, clean it and get it going again :thumb2

Look at how to reset your imaging drum, normaly a sequance of button presses. They will only work for so many pages but can be reset.
