There's a map on the website marking the affected streets

Car-free and restricted access streets

Certain streets in the historic city centre are car-free or have vehicle restrictions at specific times. There are three (colour) zones, each with specific regulations:
  • Orange zone (Steenstraat) is completely car-free between 1.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. every day.
  • In the yellow zone (Katelijnestraat with adjacent streets between Ankerplein and Mariastraat to Heilige Geeststraat), car access is restricted between 1.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. every day.
  • The streets in the green zone are subject to vehicle restrictions between 1.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday.

I have often recommended this city centre hotel with garage parking - the hotel entrance and the side street entrance to the garage are in the green zone so only restricted on weekends. According to https://www.martinshotels.com/en/pa...ins-brugge-itinerary-constructions.19174.html
"From Monday to Friday, we advise you to take the zuidzandstraat and turn off at St. Saviour's Cathedral to reach the hotel.

On Saturdays and Sundays, this road is a low-traffic zone between 1pm and 6pm. If you use it, you'll need to scan a QR-code at reception to avoid a fine."

I have used the hotel twice, before these restrictions came in. If you are coming in from the E40 from the Dunkirk direction then a satnav should bring in via the route the hotel recommends.

I drove my GT4 down a very narrow street in Bruges, the wrong way. Being right hand drive, the gesticulating locals thought my passenger was the driver, which was very funny, at least for me. She was less than impressed. I did my best Jeremy Clarkson impressions, “Sorry, English, she doesn’t understand…. Sorry….. “ which did little to ease the tension.

Happy days.
