Here we have a 69 BSA 650 Firebird Scrambler reimported back into the UK in 1994

It's a matching numbers bike which I believe has never been restored. It was last on the road in 2018 and is MOT & Tax exempt

I have the V5C in my name and it is registered as Historic

It's fitted with a Branson Boyer electronic ignition and the motor is free although I have never tried to get it going

I have several MOTs dating back to 2017 at which point it had 2694 miles on the clock so clearly either the clock failed and has been recalibrated or the clock fitted is a replacement. Don't forget the bike is 56 years old

It's priced at £4650

Any questions just ask

The bike is in Marlborough, Wiltshire SN8

What a great honest bike that looks, looks a dry bike mine leaves an oil patch wherever i park it.

Had one just like that but higher bars in 1979 when I was at Brooklands technical College

Interesting you say that as the bars (appear to me) to have been pushed forward making them flatter than I remember :duno

On the plus side there is a taller set of bars that can be supplied if the new owner wants them? that came with the bike. They look very similar to those that BSA fitted to the A75 Rocket 3. The previous owner had also owned one of those as well. I thought they were originally fitted to the 1968 T150T I picked up at the same time as that is fitted with the flatter UK Spec handlebars !

My kinda 'bike .... but unfortunately fifty years too late :D

Good luck with the sale .... a beautiful 'bike and worth every penny :thumby:
