BT Internet mail on iPhone /iPad

Followed instructions searched the web
Constant username / password not correct message
Used imap and pop
Worked on iPhone 4s for a day after a reboot then stopped
Apparently not an unusual problem

Ideas anyone?

I've got BT Internet on my iPhone 4s and iPad now upgraded to IOS7.

Worked before and after - never been a problem.

I had a similar problem to this on the PC recently and the man I spoke to in Calcutta sorted it quite quickly and efficiently.

Depending on what the problem is, this may help.

Where it says enter user name e.g. bill.bloggs

Put the whole email address in, i.e. [email protected]

Might help, might not.
