BT020/021 feedback please (urgent)

Hi, I am replacing my road attacks (front still fine) for a set of 020/021 on Monday (on the strengh of the bike tyre tests), prior to a quick 5 day blast round the french D roads with quick company. Are you pleased with yours ?
I had a set of 020s prior to the attacks and found them good. I also like the attacks, but a bit iffy when cool. Any feedback is helpful, cos its not to late to change choice. Thanks.

Can't advise, I'm afraid, but I'll be watching with interest - I have a set of the same tyres in the garage ready for fitting before a trip to Spain.

I loved Road Attacks, but found the rear squared off quite quickly. I'm hoping the dual compound 021 rear will resolve this issue.

A friend swapped to BT021s and found the rear not very grippy (Ducati ST4S). He contacted Bridgestone, who recommended pressures different from Ducati's recommended pressures. Hechanged to bridegestone's recommendation, and now loves them.

So you've made a decision to change your tyres after reading a tyre test, you've also had Bridgestone tyres before and yet you're still looking for others opinions ?

as youve said, you have already tried 020.s?you should already know?
i have only tried the attacks, if you cant keep up then, you need a faster bike,attacks are grippy,, had 020,s on a jap bike and was impressed, but wore out quickly,

Thanks for the messages. I know I said I had 020s, but it was a few years ago now, and I you kind of forget . Also I was asking really if the 021 rear makes any difference. Sorry if the post sounded a bit daft.
I will get them as planned, since there has been no negative remarks at all. Thanks again.

BT020/BT021

I have ridden BT020 and BT021 back to back as it were due to a nail in the BT020 when it was only 500 miles old. I loved the BT020 over my Dunlop D607. They totally solid wet or dry and aren't fazed by any surface it seems (even wet white lines). I've ridden the arse of the new BT021 today on a wide variety of roads and to be perfectly honest I cannot feel a tiny bit of difference. Still really really good though. The D607 weren't bad its just the BT were awesome.

I used to run 020s on my R1100R, but I've since changed to 021s. I'm just at the end of my second set. Performance wise the tyres are good and there has been a welcome 1000 - 1500 miles extra life from my rear 021s. The front 021s are a different story though. Both have worn out about 1k miles before the rear. Very odd.

I don't know what the recommended tyre pressures are on the 1200 - but bridgestone recommend a higher pressure for 020/021s on the 1100/1150 than bmw advise in the handbooks.
