I got the rocker covers from Moto-bins i think about 58 Quid for a set, they have BMW sets for about twice that price but i didnt want to pay that much.

Some of these pattern covers are really thin, and will break with a fall off the side stand, so don't go too far down market.
The two piece ones that are around look trick, and if you do break them the will be cheaper to replace.

Have a switch behind the seat, and a 2 pin plug so the pannier can be removed.

Lockyv7...They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery...so I hope you don't mind but I have shamelessly stolen and plagiarised your pannier table idea ready for a trip I am off on tomorrow. Here are some piccys. Thanks for the inspiration.
I dont mind i got the idea of someone else, you sure you have a heavy enough wire rope holding the thing up, could always use to tow someone out of a bog if needed.

Those were the before shots. Here is an 'after' shot. The table certainly proved its worth. The wire rope was the thinnest the place that I got the stainless fixings etc from had in stock. It was handy for pulling ships into port though!!!!
