Bumot Aluminium Luggage for 650/700/800GS

Bumot Aluminium Luggage for 650/700/800GS will be available for delivery in about 3 - 4 weeks, the left pannier holds 36 litres and the right pannier hold 40 litres, the total width is 101 cm, pretty wide but it is about 6 cm less than the Touratech and BMW panniers. they will be available in Black or Silver. I have not got an exact price yet but I think they will be about £750 for the pair with frames and the toolbox, yes they have a toolbox that makes use of the dead space on the right side of the bike, see the pictures below.

Possibly, we tried having a measure up of the toolbox with the S W Motech frames on Saturday and with a bit of work making up a bracket or two they look like they would fit, I will be getting my delivery of the Bumot panniers to fit the 800 in about three weeks, i will have an extra tool box in the order so that i can try it with a few different pannier frames.

Thanks for your time on Saturday Cliff looks like the toolbox will fit I just need to make up some brackets and maybe mount the toolbox slightly further back.

I have found out that the rear wheel travel on the 800 is 215mm and measuring from the end of the chain guard that takes it to roughly the height of the bottom of the SW rails so long as the tool box is not fitted any lower than this it will be OK, look forward to fitting a toolbox when you get one in stock

That's more useful info, Once i get the shipment of 800GS luggage I will be looking to see if it will fit any other panniers systems such as the BMW and TT frames.
