Wow what a day Sunday at the "Gathering at Crieff, what beautiful curves and undulating surfaces! Enough of the Barmaid in the Tower I shall have to restrict myself to the Rideout.
In attendance at the Tower were:
Andy Taylor (woody)
My infantile self (Buzz)
Ron Male (Hon Andy 1)
Andy Kilpatrick
Alan Parker (Hon Andy 2)
James Bryan and daughter Elana (meeting Monitor) who had ridden up from near Ossett in Yorkshire, stayed the night with me in Dufftown, ridden to Crieff with us and then off home again.
Ian Lax (probationary Andy 3)
The weather was bright but a bit cooler than last month but the meeting warmed us all up.The sight of all the 1100/1150 GS's parked outside even caused about 10 local players to park up their rocket ships and stare in obvious envy and awe (ok I am pushing it a bit, maybe not awe)
Andy T the warrant has been issued to seek you out and ensure that you attend the next meeting, which is - - - -
Sunday 13 the October.
Sorry Hon Andy 1 I missed the Blo**y turnig for Glen Quaiche and went on to Aberfeldy, its 'cos I,m thick and carn't spull Dufftwon
I have attached some piccies of the meeting.
Long distance award and sheer enthusiasm goes to James and Elana without a doubt
