Yes, tbh now I’ve used it a while I’ve found it perfectly ok, just so use to the old 660s clip on cover. Doubt I’ll bother with anything else now though.

In the end I have bought one of the 3D printed covers. With use I’ve found that when away on a trip and the bikes parked outside overnight; if it rains the screw holes fill with water which is then transferred into the back of the XT once mounted. So I use the clip on cover when leaving the bike outside or overnight.
