Buzzing Sound

I have just picked up a 2020 1250gs and have a very faint continuous electrical buzzing noise when ignition is on, any ideas?

Is it any different to the fuel pump buzzing on your R9T ?

Doesn't sound like fuel pump, just faint buzzing.

You need to tie down the source if we are to have any idea - how about remove the seat & see whether you can find where this emanates from.

Like the others, my initial reaction was fuel pump, but this shouldn't be continuous, unless the pump is knackered or you are out of fuel.

Presumably the battery is good, fully charged & you have no abnormal warning lights on the dash.

Cheers guys, sure it is a normal thing, just wondered. Picked her up today and only 60 miles ridden in pouring rain, absolutely love it.

If I leave the ignition on for some time without starting the engine, I can hear that buzzing, like something is "cooking" from the engine.
Perfectly normal. My GS is January 2021 and that sound has been there since day one.

Is the headlight on and is it LED? If so then it could be the fan?
