What a nice bunch in there. I know they are not official BMW dealers and all but really nice all the same!

Popped in on Tuesday as the zip broke on my BMW jacket. Tim had the spare parts in his desk and gave me them FOC. Spoke to the mechanic (Brian I think) about my bike which I thought needed a carb balance and he said to pop it round one night after work.

Popped in there tonight and had a carb balance completely FOC.

What was also nice was I spent a good 15 minutes each night nattering to them all and they made me feel I was no1 customer they had!!

Shame they aren't doing BMW but the Enfields looked lovely too. Shame about all that chrome which needed polishing!

Can't agree more, BVM are a nice bunch of friendly and knowledgeable guys and have always given me top notch service.

As a result I'll always pop in and have a word if theres something I'm after because I know they'll look after me should I subsequently have a warranty issue.

Was there just recently to pick up a new helmet (tour-x) to which Tim fitted a Scala G4 for me.

Only place I've found so far that will let me try out helmets by actually taking them out for a spin on my bike.

Funnily enough I have just been in and bought an HJC flip front helmet and Scala G4 headset too.

Tim was a great help with it and spent a lot of time with me making sure I has happy with it!
