Just thought I would share my experience with all of you.

I have a 1200GSA purchased new from Rydale in Cardiff, unfortunately we all know that they are no longer.

My bike was in need of it's 6,000 mile service and I duly booked it in with BVM based on the positive feedback I had received from fellow Tossers.

I dropped my bike off on Saturday and Mark kindly loaned me an 1150 Rockster to go home on (he also insisted on buying me a coffee before I set off back home to Newport) I returned to collect my GSA today and again was made to feel most welcome by Mark and Tim. I also had a chat with the mechanic who had carried out the service to my bike (I forgot to ask his name), again he was very freindly and helpful and a credit to BVM, he took time to explain the work he had completed on my bike and had plenty of time for me.

All in all I can actually say it was a pleaasure to pay them, such was the welcome and level of customer care (sadly lacking in most cases these days).

Mark, Tim, - thank you for making me feel so welcome and for carrying out the service to a high standard (as well as fitting my Remus headers).

I fully intend to use BVM for all my servicing going forward, and IF (it's a big if because I like my GSA so much) I decide to change in the near future I can't think of a better bunch of people to deal with.

Well done BVM moto.

Absolutely spot on. My sentiments exactly! I've been using them for the last three years and bought two bikes from them. They have been extremely helpful and friendly as well as giving me fantastic trade in deals agains purchase of my new bikes. The mechanics are top notch as well.

I'm amazed you guys speak so highly of them, When ever I go in they can't even be bothered to open there mouths with a greeting. I think they all need a crash course at a charm school.

Iv'e known Mark for years..and he's pretty smooth! But all in all they give a personal and friendly service...of a high order when they are not rushed off their feet..and better than the others even when they are.

A good SOH lurks behind Tim's facade as well.
