Just a note to say how impressed I was yesterday with the guys at BVM in Stroud.

I went in there yesterday to get locks for my new second hand Adv panniers. The gentleman behind the counter couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried. Sorted out the locks I need, configured them to my bike key and fitted the locks for me. It’s the first time I have been in there and will definitely be going back when I need bits and pieces.
Fantastic service others could learn from them. Cheers guys.
