Just got back from C&W and WOW, they were fantastic.
They did a 30000ml service ,replaced leaking rear shock and a new
updated ignition ring.
They also put an alarm and a new alternator belt on.
Fantastic job.:D
 
Isn't that what you paid them to do???

So what exactly's got you so happy? Does a 30000 mile service get you 10 minutes with the receptionist while you wait? :eek: :thumb

The bike goes better. Clarkes servised it last time ,and i dont know what they did but it ran like S%$it. so what ever C&W did it worked. so I'm knot bothered. It goes well for a Tank.
 
Yep, they're a good bunch.

Picked my 1200RT yesterday and they were their usual helpful selves. Willing to discuss all and sundry and the whole process was well handled.

And no it wasn't just because I'd just bought a new bike as they're always like that, whether it's a service, spare part or simply going in for a coffee.

I have one experience of CW when I was down that way for advanced training. I dropped my bike :rolleyes: and broke an indicator lens.

Popped into CW with my instructor and the mechanic there changed the lens for me FOC. All I paid was for the part. Then they checked my bike over to make sure I didn't do any other damage.

That's customer service mentality :thumb2
I was just a walk in they had never met!!
