Indeed coz if its anything like my old schuberth C1 it'll leak like a sieve... Hope it works out well for you all joking apart, did not for me worst lid I ever bought and therefore would never buy another...

My C1 is fine in the rain, well apart from my glasses misting up, I hope the C3 is as good for keeping the water out, although there are rumours that the visor top seal leaks.

Nice lid, mine is leaking... needs to have it send in for adjustments (or so the dealer told me)

Same thing happened to me when I bought a C2. The adjustments didn't improve things so now I wear a Shoei :thumb2

They have certainly changed the shape of the Schuberth since the older models, they never used to fit me and were horribly un-comfortable - this C3 is a perfect fit though, looks well made and ticks all the boxes.

Up until the C3 the only flip-up with an integral sun-visor that would fit was the Caberg Justissimo, which is beautifully comfortable and functional, but noisy and not exactly high-quality.

Shoei looks like a good helmet - but no sun visor and bloody uncomfortable - so nooooo good for me.

C3 ..... the best helmet I've had in over 40 years :thumb
