Not been ther in years JB. The little cafe by the old railway is much better. Don’t tell anyone though

Her (ex) husband still may do or likely not and maybe somebody completely different now, I must admit I don’t go there much, preferring Askrigg or Bainbridge as suitable watering holes

Not really on a biker route but the courtyard cafe at Balby court business campus is truly excellent with all local butcher sourced ingredients and a nice place inside
Takes a bit of finding of course but if you are ever in the area looking for good food I recommend it
