Cairm O Mount

Well todays weather has been a bit better so decided to go for a spin. The route was Dundee, Blairgowrie, Bridge of Cally, Pitlochry, Dunkeld , Couper Angus then Home.

I'm just getting used to the GS and it's capabilities so thought the Cairn might be a good start in these conditions . My bikes are usually wrapped up at this time of year but have to admit the GS did me proud today.

Could do with a wash now though

That's not a road I know, but I'll stick it in my next lap of Scotland.
Isn't there a perverse pleasure to be had riding at this time of year, and the muck on the bike is just proof that you've had a good day.

Think your right, Pot Holes , Mud ,Grit , Bits of Tree's ,High Winds , Pissing Rain, water all over the roads, crap from cars on your visor. But yeh I had a good day

Shoulda hooked yer bike up to one of the ski lifts whilst you were in the area. It would be great fun overtaking all the skiers on the way back down.

Was parked up at the viewpoint on Cairn o'mount in the summer.
Guy breezes into the car park on his push bike, barely out of breath.
He says hi and presses on up to the top.

I wuz exhausted jus watchin him !
