All right, enough piss taking. You really need to try and do something here RD. Philips paniers are IMO some of the best available and you have fessed up that it was your calculations were at fault.
So as I see it you have two problems. First is that you have a fire hazard from the hot exhaust gasses. Your pictures show the damage to the pannier already. Second is that basically it looks awfull as the silencer is not central to the cut out.
The fire hazard is the most important as I recall there have been a few threads where paniers have actually melted and set fire to the panier contents. Somebody kindly post up a link now. This is easy to overcome, all you need is a straight section of stainless tube that can be clamped to the end of your tail pipe and maybe a bracket to hold it in place.
Moving the silencer to a more central position is maybe a little more difficult. But with a bit of time and effort and making up some brackets to drop the silencer down, and some spacers to move it out. I'm sure it can be done.
Start by loosening all the bolts that hold everthing in place and see if there is any free play. Could be that a small cut and a reweld on one part is needed.
