Calling all French rsidents - VW Golf will be for sale

My parents have sold their house in Provence and will be moving back to the UK.

Before I start anything else, I will take on the (inevitable) sale of their car, so I thought I might see if any 'Tossers en France' might want it.

French registered, left hand drive, four door VW Golf.

Diesel, turbo

One owner.

I would guess 12 years old.

Usual 'Provencal' dust, dings, scrapes etc. You can imagine...

But it's definitely OK for a French runaround. I would be quite happy to drive it (and have done) from Provence to London and back, no question.

Price? Good question - as is how you would pick it up from near Apt.

I have received some other interest via a PM, which is great.

My parents will not be completing the sale of the property until late July / early August. It's enough to know that there is some interest via UKGSer (or through friends of UKGSer members) which is great.

I will lock the thread up, just while I start to sort my aged P's life out a bit.

Either way, the car will certainly NOT be coming back to the UK.
